As we have seen for months, there have been lots of consecutive discussions between Yahoo and Microsoft, which is regarding their joint venture to develop a better counterpart in the arena of search engine to the existing search Guru Google.
Now it appears that the talks have heated up again, suggesting that a deal could be closer at hand than ever. A recent meeting had been set with the top executives from Microsoft and their Yahoo counterparts, which was at Silicon Valley. The meeting as expected was to clear away the remaining wrinkles in a proposed partnership. According to the certain amount of information disclosed here, agreed on terms with anonymity, it is been learnt that Microsoft has been heading up with the bigger advertising strategies that is behind Bing, which was recently revealed to be the company’s new search engine. Also as briefed by one person among the executives, who said that the discussions included Satya Nadella, a senior vice president who leads engineering efforts for Microsoft’s online services group, and Qi Lu, the former Yahoo executive who is now president of Microsoft’s online services group. The big names Microsoft and Yahoo are yet to have their comments on the above issues.

Wow! Finally Microsoft has reached a deal Yahoo for an internet search partnership. Will the newly announced deal between giants Microsoft and Yahoo be a good thing? Got to wait and see. But atleast Microsoft and Yahoo deal is straightforward and not complex at all and ofcourse, the negotiation talks have been going for long.
